Bobby Carroll practices in the areas of estate and tax planning and trust and estate administration.  He graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and University Scholars, as well as minors in Business and History.  Mr. Carroll attended law school here in Naples at Ave Maria School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.  While in law school, he worked on the Ave Maria Law Review, and served as Executive Articles Editor during his last year of law school.  It was at Ave Maria where he discovered a passion for tax law, particularly estate planning, while receiving CALI awards, given for the highest grade in the class, for the following courses: Wills Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning Practicum, Partnership Taxation, Federal Income Taxation, Business Organizations, and Collective Bargaining.  Mr. Carroll received an LL.M in Taxation from New York University, traditionally regarded as the top law school in the country for that degree.
